Il completamento del sondaggio dovrebbe richiedere cinque minuti circa. Dovrebbe essere compilato dopo che l’iniziativa/evento ha avuto luogo. Se l’iniziativa consisteva in più eventi e soltanto uno di essi ha ricevuto il patrocinio del Parlamento europeo, per cortesia riferisca solo sullo specifico evento in questione.
Le Sue risposte possono essere usate nelle statistiche, relazioni ed altri documenti; ciò avrà luogo nel rispetto delle regole sulla protezione dei dati personali. Per cortesia, compili il sondaggio in inglese e ce lo invii entro un mese dalla conclusione dell’iniziativa/evento. Per cortesia, tenga presente che, una volta presentato il sondaggio (cliccando su “Finish”), non sarà in grado di riscriverlo.
Articoli, relazioni, fotografie ed altro materiale importante relativi all’evento possono essere spediti con una delle due modalità:

Your initiative has received the patronage of the European Parliament.
In order to gain an overview of the impact your initiative has had on public opinion in the country/countries concerned, we would be very grateful if you could fill out the patronage impact survey available at the following address: http://www.opinio.europarl.europa.eu/opinio/s?s=patronage
The survey questions in the attached form will give you an idea of the kind of information we would like you to share.
Completing the survey should take you about 5 minutes. It should be filled out after the initiative/event has taken place. If the initiative comprised a number of events and only one of them received the patronage of the European Parliament, please report only on the specific event in question.
Your answers may be used in statistics, reports and other documents; this will be done in accordance with the rules on personal data protection[1]. Please fill out the survey in English[2]and send it to us within 1 month of the end of the initiative/event. Please note that once you have submitted the survey (by clicking on ‘Finish’), you will not be able to redo it.
