On the morning of Friday, May 22, 2015, from 9.30 to 13.30, will take place, at the PALAZZETTO DELLE CARTE GEOGRAFICHE (hall of the maps), via Napoli 36, Rome (a few steps from Termini station) a conference entitled STRADA ALLA VITA (road to life)(http://goo.gl/4WyyMw).
The event has been organized by the ASSOCIAZIONE MAMME CORAGGIO E VITTIME DELLA STRADA ONLUS (moms courage and road’s victims npo) (https://goo.gl/RaOkX6),
in collaboration with the AIFVS (www.vittimestrada.eu)
and other associations, some members of the network #Vivinstrada (http://goo.gl/5fY3zs).
Numerous interventions provided and the topics to be addressed.
The pivot around which will revolve all contributions, even video,
will be the role of the European Community in the field of road safety and prevention
and the design of interventions, in Italy,
designed to transpose what is valid and is proposed and offered by the European Community itself, to promote “the culture of the street” and road safety education.
Even though is unknown to the general public and in fact is ignored by the Italian political class,
the European Commission, on June 2, 2003,
adopted, in fact, its “third European action programme for road safety” (RSAP), including the target to halve the number of road deaths by 2010 as well as 62 proposals for concrete actions in the field of vehicle safety, safety of infrastructure and users’ safety (http://goo.gl/X2VA8P).
In the afternoon of the same day, at 5 p.m., on the steps of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni (via Nazionale, 194), will take place a meeting for a GROUP SOUVENIR PHOTO.

Nella mattinata di venerdì 22 maggio 2015, dalle 9.30 alle 13.30, avrà luogo, presso il PALAZZETTO DELLE CARTE GEOGRAFICHE, via Napoli n.36, Roma (a pochi passi dalla stazione TERMINI) un convegno dal titolo STRADA ALLA VITA (http://goo.gl/4WyyMw).
L’evento è stato organizzato dall’associazione MAMME CORAGGIO E VITTIME DELLA STRADA ONLUS (https://goo.gl/RaOkX6),
in collaborazione con l’AIFVS (www.vittimestrada.eu)
ed altre associazioni, alcune aderenti alla rete #Vivinstrada (http://goo.gl/5fY3zs).
Numerosi gli interventi previsti e gli argomenti che verranno affrontati.
Il perno attorno al quale ruoteranno tutti i contributi, anche video,
saranno il ruolo della Comunità europea nel campo della sicurezza e prevenzione stradali
e la progettazione di interventi, in Italia,
finalizzati a recepire quanto di valido viene proposto ed offerto dalla Comunità europea stessa per favorire “la cultura della strada” e l’educazione stradale.
Nonostante sia ignoto al gran pubblico e di fatto venga ignorato dalla classe politica italiana,
la Commissione Europea, il 2 giugno 2003,
adottò, infatti, il “terzo programma di azione europeo per la sicurezza stradale”, che fissava, come obiettivo, il dimezzamento del numero di vittime della strada entro il 2010 e conteneva 62 proposte di azioni concrete nel campo della sicurezza dei veicoli, delle infrastrutture e degli utenti (http://goo.gl/zUAaRo).
Per il pomeriggio dello stesso giorno è altresì fissato, alle ore 17.00, sulla scalinata del Palazzo delle Esposizioni (via Nazionale, 194), un appuntamento per una FOTO RICORDO DI GRUPPO.
