The interview has been recorded at the end of the “States General for Road Safety”, organized by the foundation “Luigi Guccione” and held at the Chamber of Deputies, on 11 and 12 November 2015.
Dr. Fiorella Toro has been one of the speakers of the conference, speaking in both days with a flawless Italian.
She is director of the Department “Information et orientation des victimes de la route” (information and guidance of the road victims), based in the city of Namur, Belgium (www.awsr.be).
The questions asked by Claudio Martino (non-profit organization AIFVS’ press officer) have been aimed at understanding the nature of the activity pursued by the agency directed by Fiorella and at listening her opinion on the crime of “road murder”, which is about to be approved in Italy.

L’interview a été enregistrée à la fin des «États généraux de la sécurité routière”, organisés par la fondation “Luigi Guccione» et tenus à la Chambre des députés, le 11 et 12 Novembre 2015.
Dr Fiorella Toro a été un des orateurs de la conférence, parlant dans chacune des deux journées avec un italien impeccable.
Elle est directrice du département «Information et orientation des Victimes de la route”, basée dans la ville de Namur, en Belgique (www.awsr.be).
Les questions posées par Claudio Martin (attaché de presse de l’AIFVS – organisme sans but lucratif) ont été visées à comprendre la nature de l’activité exercée par l’agence dont Fiorella est la directrice et à faire lui exprimer une opinion sur le crime d’«homicide routier», qui va être approuvé en Italie.
